Our signature Blueberry Martini is one of our favourite serves for the season. Bright, vibrant and beautifully refreshing. It combines our award-winning Penrhos London Dry Gin with our Wonky Blueberry Liqueur, crafted using perfectly imperfect fruit that might otherwise have gone to waste.

The result? A cocktail that feels effortlessly elegant and delicious.

Whether you're hosting friends in the garden, celebrating the bank holiday weekend or simply making the most of a sunny evening, this is the serve to have in hand.


The Signature Penrhos Blueberry Martini

You’ll need:

  • 50ml Penrhos London Dry Gin
  • 25ml Penrhos Blueberry Liqueur
  • 25ml fresh lemon juice
  • A handful of mint leaves
  • Ice

How to make it:

Add the gin, blueberry liqueur, fresh lemon juice and mint leaves to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake well until perfectly chilled, then strain into a chilled coupe glass.

For the finishing touch, garnish with fresh blueberries or a sprig of mint.

The Perfect G&T

The Perfect G&T

A timeless classic, elevated with our Handcrafted Dry Gin and wonky blueberries.

Ingredients

50ml Penrhos Dry Gin 150ml Premium tonic water Frozen Blueberries Mint

Fill a large glass with plenty of ice and add a spoonful of frozen blueberries.

Top tip: those slightly mushy blueberries from your morning porridge are perfect for this. Pop them in the freezer and you’ll always have a garnish ready.

Pour in the gin, top with tonic and gently stir. Add a spring of mint for a refreshing finish.

Signature Serve

The Perfect G&T

  • 50ml Penrhos Gin
  • 150ml Premium tonic water
  • 1 wedge Fresh orange
  • 1 sprig Rosemary

Pour over plenty of ice. Top with premium tonic and garnish with a wedge of orange and a sprig of rosemary.
