Raspberry Gin and Lemonade

Raspberry Gin and Lemonade

Not a fan of tonic? Raspberry gin and lemonade might just be your perfect serve. Here's why we love it:

Sweeter and more refreshing - Lemonade's natural sweetness and citrusy character balances beautifully with raspberry gin, offering a lighter alternative to tonic's quinine bitterness.

Enhances the berry notes - The fruity, slightly tart qualities of raspberry gin pair harmoniously with lemonade's zesty sweetness for a smooth, easy-drinking cocktail.

Easy and versatile - A simple, fuss-free combination that works for any occasion, whether you're in the garden or curled up on the sofa.

Gin Cocktail

Raspberry Gin and Lemonade

A light, fruity and refreshing alternative to the classic G&T.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Penrhos Wonky Raspberry Gin
  • Half a lemon
  • Pink lemonade
  • Fresh mint
  • Ice

Fill a glass with ice, add 50ml Penrhos Wonky Raspberry Gin, squeeze half a lemon into the glass, and top with pink lemonade. Garnish with mint - give it a good slap first to release the flavour.

Top tip: Make raspberry ice cubes by placing fresh or frozen raspberries in a tray, covering with water, and freezing overnight. They'll keep your drink cold and intensify the raspberry flavour as they melt.
