The best cocktails are simple, elegant, and bursting with natural flavour. Here are four of our favourites to celebrate World Cocktail Day - each one easy to make at home with Penrhos gin.

Gin Cocktail

Raspberry Limoncello Spritz

A sparkling, citrus-forward serve with a raspberry twist.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Penrhos Wonky Raspberry Gin
  • 25ml Limoncello
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • Soda water
  • Fresh mint

Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled glass, stir, top with soda and garnish with mint.

Gin Cocktail

Chilli Bee's Knees

Sweet honey meets a spicy kick in this warming cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Penrhos Rhubarb Gin
  • 50ml fresh orange juice
  • 25ml hot honey syrup (equal parts spicy honey and hot water)

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with chilli flakes or a whole chilli.

The ultimate easy but refreshing classic cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Penrhos Dry Gin
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 25ml sugar syrup
  • Soda water
  • Lemon slice and mint

Fill a glass with ice, add gin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup. Stir, top with soda, and finish with lemon and mint.

A fresh, floral serve perfect for a sunny afternoon.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Penrhos Apple and Elderflower Gin
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 100ml cloudy apple juice
  • Sparkling elderflower presse
  • Cucumber, strawberries, and mint

Muddle cucumber and mint, combine remaining ingredients in a jug with ice, top with sparkling elderflower, and garnish with strawberries and cucumber slices.

The Perfect G&T

A timeless classic, elevated with our Handcrafted Dry Gin and wonky blueberries.

Ingredients

50ml Penrhos Dry Gin 150ml Premium tonic water Frozen Blueberries Mint

Fill a large glass with plenty of ice and add a spoonful of frozen blueberries.

Top tip: those slightly mushy blueberries from your morning porridge are perfect for this. Pop them in the freezer and you’ll always have a garnish ready.

Pour in the gin, top with tonic and gently stir. Add a spring of mint for a refreshing finish.

Signature Serve

The Perfect G&T

  • 50ml Penrhos Gin
  • 150ml Premium tonic water
  • 1 wedge Fresh orange
  • 1 sprig Rosemary

Pour over plenty of ice. Top with premium tonic and garnish with a wedge of orange and a sprig of rosemary.
