Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Penrhos Spirits Ltd, Penrhos Farm, Kington, Herefordshire, HR5 3LH ("Penrhos").
1. Eligibility
1.1 The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
1.2 Employees of Penrhos Spirits Ltd, their immediate families, agents, retailers involved in the promotion and anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.
1.3 By entering this competition, entrants confirm they are at least 18 years of age.
2. Competition Period
2.1 The competition opens on 15 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 14 December 2026.
2.2 Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
3. How to Enter
3.1 Purchase any bottle of Penrhos Spirits from one of the participating Waitrose stores during the promotional period.
3.2 Visit the competition webpage by scanning the QR code or visiting the advertised competition URL.
3.3 Complete the online entry form with your details.
3.4 Only one entry per qualifying bottle purchased.
3.5 Entrants should retain their Waitrose receipt. The winner may be asked to provide proof of purchase before the prize is awarded. Failure to provide proof of purchase may result in an alternative winner being selected.
4. Participating Waitrose Stores
The promotion is available in the following Waitrose stores:
- Hereford
- Monmouth
- Abergavenny
- Cowbridge
- Pontprennau
- Menai Bridge
- Chester
- Great Malvern
5. The Prize
One winner will receive:
- A campervan hire for one weekend for two adults.
- One case of Penrhos Spirits.
The campervan hire must be taken between 1 January 2027 and 30 June 2027, subject to availability.
The prize cannot be redeemed during the Glastonbury Festival period or any other excluded dates specified by the campervan provider.
The winner must comply with all booking conditions and insurance requirements imposed by the campervan hire company.
Any fuel, parking charges, tolls, campsite fees, meals, travel expenses or additional costs are not included unless specifically stated.
6. Campervan Conditions
6.1 The campervan booking is subject to the availability and terms of the chosen hire provider.
6.2 The driver must meet the hire company's age, licence and insurance requirements.
6.3 A valid UK driving licence will be required.
6.4 The winner is responsible for any refundable security deposit required by the hire company.
6.5 Penrhos Spirits accepts no responsibility if the winner does not meet the hire company's eligibility criteria.

7. Winner Selection
7.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
7.2 The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date.
7.3 The winner will be contacted using the email address provided.
7.4 If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Penrhos reserves the right to select another winner.
8. Publicity
8.1 The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition, including photography and social media content.
8.2 The winner's first name and county may be published.
9. Marketing
9.1 By entering, entrants may choose to receive marketing communications from Penrhos Spirits and JDW.
9.2 Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter the competition.
9.3 Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
10. Data Protection
10.1 Personal information will be processed in accordance with Penrhos Spirits' Privacy Policy.
10.2 Personal data will only be used for administering this competition and, where consent has been given, for marketing communications.
11. General
11.1 No cash alternative will be offered.
11.2 The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
11.3 Penrhos Spirits reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
11.4 Penrhos Spirits reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
11.5 Penrhos Spirits reserves the right to verify all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts fraudulently.
11.6 The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11.7 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
