TASTING NOTES
The initial distinctive fresh summer aroma warms the mouth as the Mediterranean juniper stimulates the senses. Light unassuming floral notes lightly cascade through the flavours as the combination of rose petals and hibiscus come to the fore. Combined with our wonky blueberries, Penrhos Dry gives an exceedingly smooth and rounded finish.
TASTING NOTES
Serve over plenty of ice with Indian Tonic and garnish with frozen blueberries.
(Top tip, add any left over/mushy blueberries to your freezer to always have a garnish to hand)
