Unlike tonic water, which has a distinct bitterness, ginger ale provides a milder, sweeter base that softens the rhubarb’s sharpness. This makes it an excellent choice for those who find tonic too bitter or prefer a sweeter drink.

method

Into glass full of ice add 50ml Penrhos Rhubarb Gin, top up with Ginger Ale and garnish with a slice if lime.
