Penrhos Spirits Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter is Penrhos Spirits Ltd, Herefordshire, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility
   This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Penrhos Spirits Ltd, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are excluded.

3. How to Enter
   To enter, purchase a promotional Penrhos Spirits bottle from Sainsbury’s, scan the QR code on pack or visit the competition webpage, and complete the entry form.
   No purchase receipt is required at the point of entry, however proof of purchase may be requested before a prize is awarded.

4. Proof of Purchase
   Penrhos Spirits reserves the right to request a valid receipt showing purchase from Sainsbury’s as proof of eligibility. 

5. Entry Limit
   As many enteries as you like. Failure to provide proof of purchases upon request may result in disqualification.

6. Opening & Closing Dates
   The competition opens on [START DATE] and closes at 11:59pm on 6 April [YEAR]. Entries received after this time will not be valid.

7. The Prize
   The prize consists of:

   • A two-night stay for two people at the award-winning Bull’s Head Cabins in the Black Mountains, Herefordshire (Bulls Head T&C’s found HERE)

   • Breakfast for two people at The Bulls Head

   • A visit to Penrhos farm with the opportunity to assist in distilling a batch of Penrhos London Dry Gin

   Travel to and from the accommodation and Penrhos farm is not included. The prize is subject to availability and must be taken at a mutually agreed date.

8. Winner Selection & Notification
   One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided within 7 days of the competition closing. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Penrhos Spirits reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Prize Conditions
   The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available. Penrhos Spirits reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

10. Alcohol Responsibility
    By entering, entrants confirm they are aged 18 or over. Alcohol will not be provided to anyone under the legal drinking age.

11. Marketing Consent
    By entering this competition, entrants agree to receive communications from Penrhos Spirits. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

12. Data Protection
    Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed in accordance with Penrhos Spirits’ Privacy Policy and used solely for the administration of this competition and related communications.

13. General
    Penrhos Spirits reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition in the event of circumstances beyond its control. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. Governing Law
    This promotion is governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
