Inspired by the Italian aperitivo but with a Penrhos twist, this cocktail brings together the fragrant fizz of elderflower and prosecco with our juicy, wonky strawberry gin for a refreshingly elegant drink that’s perfect for sunshine sipping.
INGREDIENTS
35ml Penrhos Wonky Strawberry Gin
25ml elderflower cordial or liqueur (like St-Germain)
75ml prosecco (or your favourite English sparkling wine)
A splash of soda water
Handful of fresh mint leaves
Sliced strawberries
Ice
METHOD
In your glass muddle the strawberries and mint. Add ice, the gin, elderflower and prosecco. Top up with soda, no need to garnish!
