Ingredients:
● 50ml Penrhos Wonky Strawberry Gin
● 25ml lemon juice
● 25ml sugar syrup
● 3 strawberries
● 2 sprigs of mint

Inspired by the classic Wimbledon dessert – this is strawberries and cream, reimagined in a
glass.
Ingredients:

● 25ml elderflower liqueur
● 50ml prosecco
● 50ml soda water
