Inspired by the classic Wimbledon dessert – this is strawberries and cream, reimagined in a
glass.

Ingredients:
● 50ml Penrhos Wonky Strawberry Gin
● Strawberry Jam – 1 Barspoon
● Crème de Cacao (white) – 25ml
● Double Cream – 40ml
● Strawberry Garnish

Into a cocktail shaker add all ingredients. Shake really well with ice to combine, garnish with a strawberry
