Terms and Conditions
The person that wins the giveaway ‘Gin for life’ will win 6 bottles of Penrhos a year for the next 10 years.
Definitions:
- Competition Period means between 1st and 22nd Dec;
- Entrant or You means someone over 18 years old that lives in England;
- Prize means 6 70cl bottles of Penrhos a year for the next 10 years. 1 case sent every January.
- Valid Entry means providing receipt for proof of purchase in Sainsbury’s within the Competition Period
- 1 bottle counts as 1 entry, more bottles bought, the more enteries
How to enter:
- To enter the Competition, Entrants must, within the Competition Period, submit a Valid Entry.
- Email/DM Penrhos a copy of their receipt for proof of purchase
- They many enter as many times as they like.
How the winners are selected
- The winner will be selected at random.
- Penrhos’ decision about the Winner is final.
Receiving the Prize
- Winner must send address to Penrhos and notify them if the address changes
- Winner must keep the prize for themselves and not change to another person.
3.Gin deliveries will be terminated if;
- If Penrhos is sold or (closed)
- The winner is deceased
Penrhos is not responsible for:
- Any delay in delivering the Prizes to the Winners; or
- Any damage caused to the Prizes during transit or delivery.
General
- You can enter the Competition as many times as you would like. There will only be one winner for ‘Gin for life’ and another winner for he ‘luxury hamper’
- The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other product / service of Penrhos
- Penrhos will not compensate a Winner (or Winners) if the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason or if a Winner (or Winners) cannot use the Prize.
- Subject to applicable laws, the Competition and Prize may be varied, updated or terminated at any time.
- You must also comply with Penrhos terms and conditions that apply to the Prize.
- All information collected as part of this Competition will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The purpose of processing personal data is for the purposes of identifying the winner. The personal information collected will be your name and your email address. If you are the Winner, you will be required to provide a delivery address and phone number when you redeem the Prize in the normal ordering process.
