Our Cloudy Rhubarb Gin is delicious served neat over ice. The simple trick is to squeeze in half an orange into the gin and use plenty of ice. The orange adds a sweetness which pairs perfectly with the tart fruity rhubarb. We always enjoy this on a cold winters day, by the fire!
The Rhubarb Gin Mule, a match made in heaven! We love to use Heartsease Farm Firey Ginger with 50ml Penrhos Cloudy Rhubarb and a generous squeeze of lemon juice. For those with a sweet tooth you can add a teaspoon of honey. Gently mix together and serve over plenty of ice. A delicious cocktail for any weather!
