Pink Lady

The Pink Lady cocktail is a classic gin-based drink that dates back to the Prohibition era, believed to have been created in the 1920s and was a favorite among the flapper crowd. The drink’s name is said to be inspired by a character named Pink Lady from popular Broadway musical ‘Lady Be Good,’ which starred.

Egg white is what gives this cocktail its silky texture and frothy top-hat. Without it, the Pink Lady would feel naked, lacking the smooth body that defines her.

For this recipe you will need a cocktail shaker. Start by adding all of your ingredients into a cocktail shaker.

You need to dry shake without ice for around 30 seconds to combine.

Add your ice and shake again for 30 seconds, strain into a cocktail glass and enjoy!
