The Floradora is an absolute classic! It is semisweet, served tall, refreshing, and full of colour.
Originally, the drink was made with raspberry syrup, but we will be using a British Cassis from our neighbours White Heron Drinks but if you can’t find this then Chambord (black raspberry) will also be delicious in our Floradora cocktail.
Into your glass muddle a handful of raspberries with the lime juice, Penrhos Gin and British Cassis. Fill the glass with ice and stir to combine. Top up with ginger ale and gently stir to combine. This pink cocktail is full of flavour so no need to garnish.
The Floradora is a refreshing cocktail in the summer but still great by the fire in the winter.
