- 50ml Penrhos Wonky Raspberry gin
- 100ml Prosecco (chilled)
- 10ml sugar syrup (find our sugar syrup recipe here)
- Raspberries and Mint
HOW TO MAKE A RASPBERRY GIN FIZZ
HERE'S OUR RASPBERRY GIN FIZZ VIDEO:
Step 1
Into your flute add a couple of raspberries and sprigs of mint and muddle together gently.
Step 2
Add the Penrhos Wonky Raspberry gin
Step 3
Add sugar syrup (combine 50:50 honey and hot water, stir together to create a syrup) – recipe here…

Gently stir to combine
Step 5
Pour in cold Prosecco or Champagne
