Dead Mans Brew
In a coupe glass,
25ml Penrhos Honey Spiced Rum
12.5 Spirited Union Pineapple Rum
12.5 St Germain
25ml Steeped Lapsang Tea
25ml Honey Syrup
12.5 Chilli Syrup
37.5 Pineapple Juice
Add all ingredients into your shaker, shake for 30 seconds and strain into your coupe glass and top up with dried chilli string and genadine splatter

In a large goblet
25ml Penrhos Apple & Elderflower Gin
25ml Salted Caramel
50ml Apple Juice
20ml Lemon Juice
12.5ml Elderflower Cordial
25ml Grenadine
Take a large bowl glass and pour grenadine in the bottom over ice.
Into your shaker add the rest of the ingredients and shake until your hands feel very cold! Strain over the ice and garnish with a slice of lime
