A Christmas G&T by Penrhos

Penrhos christmas g&T

The ultimate Christmas drink. You will need 50ml Penrhos Dry, top up with Indian Tonic and Garnish with Blueberries and a spring of Thyme.

50ml Penrhos Wonky Raspberry

15ml Lemon Juice

25ml Sugar Syrup

Top up with Hip Pop Cherry and Blackberry

Add Raspberry gin, lemon juice and sugar into your glass with ice and top up with Hip Pop. Garnish with a slice of lemon. Easy!

50ml Penrhos Handcrafted Dry Gin

50ml Brew Tea Co English Breakfast 

25ml Lemon Juice

25ml Sugar Syrup

½ Egg Yolk

 

Make tea and leave to cool. Once cooled add all of your ingredients into your shaker and shake well to combine. Shake again with ice to chill. Strain into your cup and enjoy!

 

Wonky Raspberry G&T

Over plenty of ice add 

50ml Penrhos Wonky Raspberry and top up with Indian or a Raspberry Tonic. Garnish with frozen raspberries.

A Christmas Gin Martini

60ml Penrhos Dry Gin

10ml Vermouth

Handful of ice

Odysea olives to garnish

 

Put a Martini glass in the freezer. Pour the gin and vermouth into a mixing glass, fill it with ice and strain the martini mixture into the chilled glass. Garnish with Odysea olives.

BLUEBERRY GIN FIZZ

Blueberry Liqueur

Prosecco/Champagne

Using a coupe, add prosecco/champagne and to make it extra special top it up with our Blueberry Liqueur.

60ml Penrhos Dry Gin

25 Blueberry Liqueur

25ml Lemon juice

25ml Honey syrup

Handful of blueberries and mint.

Into your shaker add blueberries and mint, muddle together and add the rest of the ingredients. Add a handful of ice and shake to combine. Strain into a martini glass and enjoy!
