You will need,
50ml Penrhos Rhubarb
25ml Lemon Juice
25ml Sugar Syrup
25ml Penrhos Blueberry Liqueur
Into the a tumbler add the crushed ice. Over the ice add Penrhos Rhubarb gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and gently stir. Add more crushed ice and slowly pour your blueberry liqueur over the ice.
Garnish with frozen berries and mint!
